1. Information We Collect

We do not offer accounts, comment forms, or newsletter sign-ups, and we do not ask you to provide your name or email address to use the site. The information we receive is limited to what is collected automatically:

• Server logs: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages and files requested, and the date and time of requests.
• Analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location, referring site, device and browser details, and similar usage information, collected through Google Tag Manager and any analytics tools it loads (see below).
• Download activity: when you download an MP3 or multitrack file, the request is logged and you are redirected to our file storage provider to receive the file.
• Messages: if you contact us through a social network, we receive whatever you choose to send, subject to that network’s own policies.

2. How We Use Information

• to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site and its downloads;
• to understand which music and pages are most useful so we can improve the site;
• to prevent abuse, such as excessive automated downloading;
• to respond to messages you send us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

3. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager, which may set cookies or similar identifiers and send usage data to Google and any tools configured within it. Google’s handling of that data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can limit tracking by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, enabling a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal, using a content blocker, or opting out with Google’s browser add-on. The site works normally without cookies.

4. Service Providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the site, and only as needed: hosting and infrastructure providers, our file storage provider (Wasabi), which delivers downloads and sees the IP address of the device downloading, and Google, for analytics. These providers process data under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

5. Third-Party Sites

Links to streaming platforms and social networks (such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and others) lead to sites we do not control. Their privacy practices apply once you leave this site.

6. Data Retention & Security

We keep server logs and analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by our providers’ retention settings. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and short-lived download links, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK or California), you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, and to request access, correction, or deletion, or to object to certain processing. Because we do not collect names or email addresses, we may be unable to identify data that belongs to you. To make a request, contact us as described below.

8. Children’s Privacy

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Visitors

The site is operated from the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest revision, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
